ShaneenDirector “I joined the Shiamak Davar Dance Company while in college and danced with him for several years. I then dabbled in Latin American and Ballroom dancing for a while, before discovering Salsa. Salsa was a revelation; the nature of this dance requiring not just technique, but also a large input from the dancer in terms of attitude and personal style, which the inimitable Kaytee has perfected (it’s Karma-Salsa of course!). While dancing I feel completely alive and transcend the everyday world. It’s great to be a part of Salsa India’s dreams.” |
