Kaytee Namgyal is the Guru of Latin Dancing in India who has been teaching for over 20 years . He is the founder of Salsa India Productions Pvt Ltd in year 2000, where he has trained over 50,000 Salseros from all around the world . He is also the founder of Karma Salsa and K-Style Bachata.
“Instructor/Artist for the Dance Company in New Delhi. Started his dance carrier in Salsa in in 2004 when he joined Salsa India as a student. Did his training in various Latin dance forms such as Salsa, Bachata, Cha cha, Kizomba etc by Various International Artist over a period of 14years. He became an Instructor with Salsa India in 2005 and has not looked back ever since. He has been teaching and performing in various national and International Latin events for more than 12 years now. Having taught over 5000 students from various backgrounds, and countries through Regular Classes, Bootcamps, Workshops and Festivals, his passion for teaching and creating better dancers has only increased.”
Sooraj Sundararajan is the back end, the front end ,the techie , the artist , the guru at Salsa India. He teaches various latin forms. He keeps bringing in new and complex salsa, bachata and kizomba combinations challenging his students to keep improving.
Deepak Negi has been trained under Kaytee Namgyal and has been teaching salsa at Salsa India for last 5 years .He has participated and won in various latin dance competitions and shows. He has a unique method of teaching and explaining various foundations of Salsa ,Bachata and Kizomba.
DJ Manish has an extensive selection of Afro Latin music.Salsa Cuban, L.A. Romantica, Mambo, Salsaton, Kuduro, Merrengue, Cha Cha, Kizomba,Zouk, Tarraxinha, Bachata, Afro, Reggeaton, Semba, commercial music etc. As a Latin DJ he has been able to cater to both English and Spanish events, mixing Top 40 with other genres. His experiences have made him a versatile DJ.
Tarantismo’s Director and Head of the Belly Dance division, Deepthi Shetty, is trained in various styles from Bharatnatyam to Kathak to Contemporary. Deepthi was a quarterfinalist on India's Got Talent and represented the country at the Asia Global Belly Dance Festival in Singapore. She is responsible for developing the company’s repertory in Indian Belly Fusion and her Kathak inspired Belly Dance piece, ‘Sheesha’ won her the award of ‘Best Choreographer’ at the ‘Artists in Action’ festival held in Mumbai in 2013. As a result she won a week long scholarship at the Peridance Capezio Centre, New York. Her award winning Solo ‘My Day, My Way’ is a take on Lyrical Contemporary approach to Belly Dancing. Her career high points have been the Belly Dance Fusion workshops she taught at ‘A Magi Temple’, Florida and at the ‘Salmat Masr Belly Dance Festival’, in Cairo, Egypt.
